I sent some emails concerning the night hunting rules, I recieved this back.
Dear Mr. Streepy,
Thank you for contacting the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Director’s Office has requested that we respond to your inquiry. Technically, under the rule-making process, the original proposal is still “alive,” so to speak. However, to date, the Fish and Wildlife Commission has not expressed an interest in moving in a different direction than the Agency’s proposal to drop the issue at this time.
