Idaho buddy hunt

There is a good chance that the I.H.A. is going to bring back the buddy hunt this year, provided there is enough interest from people to do so. The I.H.A. has some new leadership this year and we would like to see past members come back. Let me know if you are intrested in the buddy hunt. Thanks. Tim Hunt.

I havent been a member so I have to ask a dumb question. Whats a buddy hunt?

The buddy hunt is a bear pursuit hunt. It is a competition for youself and a buddy to tree as many bears as you can in a weekend. I personally have not had the oppurtunity to do the buddy hunt, they quit doing it before I became a member. I do not have all the peticulars yet, but if you are interested send me a p.m. with any questions, and I will get them answered as soon as I can.

Not to be a downer there bud but you do realize Idaho requires a hound hunter permit, and they are draw only for out of staters 75 permits total. If you have one great. Just not wanting people getting racked. Lance
