To short of a season

We have 3 weeks to hunt bear with hounds in TN. I may get out 8-10 days. I definately want to run my dogs more than 8 days a year. What other animals do yall run in the off season to keep your dogs working?

Just Coon, but if you know somebody in Nc, they have a longer season and not that far from you. But license are $390 but worth it, if you want to keep decent dogs.
