Check out the bear this guy shot using the new spot & stalk hunt in Utah this year.
Do you think this bear would have been shot had "SHE" been in a tree above hounds?

I sure dont like the way these new "30 permits per unit" spot & stalk hunts have kicked off!!!

It'll get worse before it gets better. The DWR has a hard-on for all predators. It's designed to cover up their poor management of the deer herds.
