Those look like hog tracks alright. Not sure about the feces.
But if there is feces of any kind and hog tracks normally there are hogs. lol.

I would honestly look for one big thing. ROOTING.
There is no other clear sign that says that hogs are in the area but rooting. If there is none chances are the hogs are not eating there and only passing through. Also look for places where they have bed down.

the place was so ridiculously overgrown i couldnt go more then 10 ft off the main trail (if you want to call it that) with a machete. I think the hogs may be using the waterways as highways so to speak to navigate due to it being so thick

positive hog sign?

Go to Walmart pick up a $50 trail camera, a SD card and batteries then set it up and you'll know for sure. One of the tracks looked like hog to me but it looked pointed. Hogs usually have rounded toes unless they're in soft soil with few rocks. The other one I couldn't tell but then again I'm lookin at them on a iPhone.
The fecies looked like bear to me in most of the pictures. Hog fecies usually looks like healthy human fecies.
Look for wallows, mud on trees where they rubbed, rooting and beds. The wallows will be in the soft mud in or near the water.

The digestive system of a hog and a bear (and a human for that matter) are so similiar that if they are eating the same diet it can be virtually impossible to tell them apart from the feces alone. If the hogs are useing the area and it is as thick as you say then there should be hog trails through, or at least into, it. Where I hunt there are both hogs and bear and they eat the exact same diet, so the only way to tell which animal left the feces is to find the track of the animal, or put a good dog down and find the animal itself. The pics you posted of the tracks are inconclusive, they might be hog, but then again they might not. The game cam suggestion was a good idea, but only if there is an area you have reason to believe the animal will be, if there is enough sign to reasonaly believe it is a good place for a game cam, there should be enough sign to positively identify a track. Fitz gave you a good list of things to look for, just keep looking and you will find the answer.
