I took out some hunters on Friday morning. It was COLD!!!

The first hog we got was a good sow with Twinkle(jagd) boogier(plott) and Andy(bluetick). They had her bayed good and we watched them work a little while. I wanted to get some pics of the action but it was still too dark for the camera.

We turned Pickle loose and everyone got to watch her smash the hog. I was happy to see how she cuaght.

The 2nd sow was caught by the bay dogs and I led my new catchdog BABE up to the hog and let her see her first hog. She showed lots of promise and grabbed as soon as she was released.

Pickle and the hunter:

Here are both hogs feilddressed and ready for sausage:

I am in the Texas Hill Country. Abliene is about 3hrs drive to the North West of me.

They are starting to get lots of hogs in that country also.
