if finall started cooling down here in the bayou state, so me and a buddy loaded up a couple dogs. we found a pretty fresh track along the bayou bank, so we cut the dogs loose and 30 mins later we were dragging this sow back to the boat!!

All we did was cold trail for about 1.5 miles and got on a neighboring property. A big burly pulp-wood hauler had one of my dogs in his yard and was mad that he had spooked his horses. I talked REAL nice (yes sir, no sir, I am terribly sorry) for about 10 minutes. Then he told me to get my dog and come back when it was cooler and we would go on his friend's place that had a bunch of hogs.

I later found out that he had just got out of the pen for assault. LOL. He was dang sure big enough to do it right. Later, he told me the dog wasn't chasing the horses, just spooked them while he was trailing.
