no more wild boar in NC

in an effort to reduce the illegal stocking of hogs, NC just passed a law making it illegfal to transport a hog w/o proper vet/agriculture id of the hog. fines up to $5000 per hog.
also written in to the law were changes to the wildlife sectionof the state code that eliminate the words wild boar from the description of game animals. they also changed/added the definition of feral hog to ANY animal of the species sus scrofa. and they took away the requirement of 22 caliber & 5 inch barrels for pistols for hunting small game & unprotected animals.
