first of all just like american hoggers it's entertainment not a documentary , and yes they are a joke . they are part of the hdl girls . the hdl girl that showed them a few of the ropes refused to be made a fool of on national tv . so these two girls split off and made fools of the whole industry . you can read all about it on the east texas hog doggers site . just remember though it is entertaining , reminds me of abbot and costello

Im not a fan of American Hoggers and seen the Lady Hoggers show once. It seems they are trying to enterprise on sex sells with this. Women with boob jobs hunting hogs is all I got from it. I dont know anything about hunting hogs, but no real woman hunter wears all that makeup and tight shirts to go hunting. I think I noticed they had their nails done too. lol seriously?

I am not a hog hunter but from what I saw they are a joke. They didnt even know how to run their gps. And they also got mad when hunting with other people when they would go in and get the hog instead of sitting on their thumbs like they were doing. Like said above it is for entertainment because all I got out of it was a laugh!

I don't know the women in the show but I can tell you gary stamper who is the main character in the show is for real and has been hunting hogs here in florida for years and those hunts were done with his own dogs, not sure how the hunts were set up and didnt' witness it but the man is a real hog hunter and knows how to catch hogs when the cameras not on.

Any show with hunting in any form is a positive if it keeps peoples minds open and their money/Votes away from the anti's. I say keep going. It has to much Directing for a great show but it may bring some body out of the house to see what hunting is really about. Bhp I don't think their enhancements are performance related " sport hunting anyway" so no harm no foul. But agree I know a few ladies that would make for more entertainment in the field.

Well hoggers i was no talking about the ladys as much as there dogs, but i see how easy it is to get destracded by those busty gals. Hahaha. But i was really just curious about the dogs, i dont care what those girls do they make some of the boring parts easy to watch but i like the dogs hunting, i didnt expect to get any real hunter to do any show because hunting with dogs there is no way to plan anything out like you see on that show. When they freaked on "Pauly" or what ever his name was i new that they where fake and he was a hunter helping his dog do what they do. so any way how do theyre dog stack up to real hog dog? Just curious, even the garys dog how do they rate in your opinion? Thanks for the response

I didn't see to much dog work really. The dogs seemed a bit weak but that maybe my expectation and the lack of film on the actual dogs. I'm don't mean to offend but I didn't see the dogs hunting much and that is what I would have expected their strong suit to be. They are apparently catching hogs but it seems to me they where hunting pretty small areas and a dog with a hot nose and plenty of grab would be more effective but hey I could be wrong on all counts like I said cause I couldn't really get a feel for the area or what the dogs were or weren't doing.

Shows like that make real hunters look stupid and ignorant, I wish they would come south I promise I could break them from hunting after they crawled around in these cut-overs and briar thickets !!! She'd button that shirt up !!!!!!!!!

I have been hunting hogs for years and don't see how it would be possible to ever make a good show about hunting them with dogs because there is no way to keep a camera man where he needs to be to film any of the action. Most of the time the vegatation is too thick. Lots of times you have to crawl in on your belly to get to the bay. Most Hollywood camera men probably could not hang on a real hog hunt. But from what I have seen of these hog hunting shows they are very lacking in good dogs.

Ok good to hear cause i dont know anything about a hog dog but all those shows seem to have sight catchers mostly. And if i was in it to make money i think i would be working dogs that hunt harder then what they seem to have but i dont no anything about it so i was just curious. Thanks for the replys.

All these posts just crack me up. I'm from Deep East Texas (Tarkington Prairie to be exact) the same town Julie and Christie live in. We've taped shows out here where I work and I've been on hunts and A&E edits so much out of the hunts it's unreal. What really goes on is nothing like what makes it to TV. These girls are the real deal!!!!
Why shouldn't a woman look nice when she's hunting??? I can say that I NEVER leave the house without my hair and makeup perfect. The guys on the team I hunt with tease me constantly that I never help unload the ATV's because I'm too busy touching up my make-up (which I won't deny)... but when it comes to who these guys want with them hunting... they know that I'll out hunt most of the men (and have some of the best catch dogs around).
Don't knock the girls because of their looks or how they have been portrayed on the show... these girls can hunt.
