South Carolina is one of the last states where it is still legal to have a live bear at at bay event. We even had to go as far with the hogs as having them in a cage in the middle of the bay area so they could'nt run but the "bay" dogs could'nt get to the hog & have now even went as far as to have to muzzle you dogs for both baying events. Long story short Henry McMaster is behind a big group of people trying to get it stopped, forever.
