Plott hounds to catch hogs (BOARS) live!!

We had a client (Bobby Joe Houston) from Florida who used his Plotts to catch hogs (boars) live in Florida for the hunting preserves in Tn. His well trained hounds would get on either side of the wild boar, biting the boar behind it's ears. This would stun the boar allowing the boar to be tied by the handler of the hounds. Bobby Joe would then sell the boars to the hunting preserves. Would be a cool but dangerous job!! Anyone still catch live boar's this way??
