NEVER
brag on a dog, i talked ol gunner up and down to my buddies from texas
well we took him out this mornin, to a place we dove hunt, i'd seen a few big jacks out there so i figured we'd give er a shot
well we walked about a mile in dog startin blowin up like he was gonna jump one and never got nothin..soo we walk about a hundred yards more and he opens again so i let him run what SOUNDED like a rabbit, that little bastard got out of range of the shock collar so i handed my buddy my shotgun and took off after.. when i could finally hear him in the distance..he was runnin HARD and i knew he had a coyote so i was tearin after him
after about half a mile i caught sight of him crossin a creek right on the heels of a big ol coyote LOL.. caught him up out of the creek and we headed back to the truck..i guess thats what happens when you got a dog layed up for almost 3 months..it'll come back to him, does every year haha
guess i learned another lesson, i probably got the best coyote dog in the state of arizona LOL
:beer
hank taught me just how to stay alive, you'll never catch out the house without my 9 or .45. i got a big orange tractor and a diesel truck and my idea of heavens chasin whitetail bucks...
