Where do I start?

Im moving up to Alaska from Tennessee in the spring of 2026 and I am interested in learning to run hounds either for black bear or snowshoe hare. I dont quite know where to start. Does anyone either have any advice on starting out from scratch, or contact with someone in the Fairbanks area who'd be willing to mentor?
