So far 3 wolves have been taken, you can go to KTVB.COM and view pics of one, and read about it, i guess the guy in Kamiah is getting harrassing e-mails, and voicemails, rediculous... This is a great time for ID, it is about time we get a chance to start thinning out this huge problem. I went up the other day to an area where i used to go into and see tons of deer and elk, hiked in well before light glassed a couple of huge canyons and saw 1 bull, started with coyote howls, then switched to deer in distress, no action but I think if the wolves are in the area they will come. I will go back.

I think it is a good idea to hunt wolves. Its a pretty sight to have them back but if they cause to much problems or whatever is going on in Idaho its good to thin out the population.

I was just on KTVB website and they now have 2 zones closed, as of today 97 wolves have been shot. That's a good thing... you can also go to ID fish and game website and it shows how many in each zone have been killed. I was up elk hunting last week, set up camp in a snow storm, woke up the next morning went to fire up the wheeler, and about 30 yards from the wall tent a pack had come off the hill, walked right through camp and down the hill, looked to be 4 or 5, wish they would have come through in the daylight.
