Shoer & Trainer in Oklahoma

Postby three rivers catahoulas » Sat Aug 27, 2011 5:17 pm

I've just moved to Oklahoma, I'm a Farrier and I train Mules and horse's. So if any one need's time and miles put on your huntin horse's or mules or if ya just need a colt started and exposed to game and dogs! I have workin mans rates, Shoein is $35/trim $70/shawed for horse's $35/trim and $75/shawed for mules. $325/mo for tuneups Horse/mule and $500/mo for startin colts horse/mule. I also train pack horse's/mules to both pony and drive it's $225/mo to train pack animals, pack animals will pack the real thing in the first 30 days as well as equipment. If interrested please fill free to give me a call @ 1-405-372-1572 ask for Chuck! Horse's/mules brought to me to be started will be rode every day for the time they are with me, not 10-15 days outta 30 pack animals will have a sawbuck on'em the intire time as well, I will expect the same from animals brought in for trainning as I do my own horse's, so rest asured they will learn alot while with me.

Oh mostly cattle now lol, But I had a pack of Plott's that were jamup Bear and Hog dogs, all I have now are some Catahoulas that are cow dogs, they will every now and again catch a hog, but it aint worth it to me to get'em cut up or killed on hogs when I make my livein catchin cows. But we are headed to Wyoming, I just took a ranch managers job up there and I plan on pickin up a few Plott pups and tryin to make some cat dogs outta them

Chuck - Are you from the Ferrell Ranch clan around Beaumont Kansas? My dad used to work for them years and years ago.
