Hi folks. I am new to hounds. Caught the bug when my mother in law married a houndsman. He has been a great help to me getting started. So has the gentleman who sold me my first pup, who offered to help me when he can. I look forward to taking advantage of that offer. I am willing to make my own mistakes, but there is nothing like learning from the experience of others. I am starting out with one walker pup, now four months old. I intend to run him on cats. I also have a beagle, just a house pet, but would love to get him chasing rabbits for my kids to hunt in several years.
