What to Hunt in Michigan

Hello. Brand new to the site. Haven't been hunting in over a decade (got hooked on musky fishing). I've got a 22 month old Norwegian Elkhound. Great dog. They are used in Norway for hunting (tracking & baying) moose.

I would like to keep my dog rooted in her hunting instinct and get her into hunting something. I've thought about training her to track blood trails for lost deer, or training her to track antler sheds. But that's not quite what I originally had in mind.

I know the game you can hunt with dogs is limited, and my lack of hunting experience, and location doesn't help. Anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate it.
