Hello From Richfield Utah

Postby hightopoutfitterman » Wed Mar 25, 2009 3:18 am

Hello, I had to re-register under hightopoutfitterman. I am an avid hunter. I am a full time police officer here in Utah. I have been a cop for 13 years. In my time off I am a volunteer fireman and I guide big game hunts with hightopoutfitters.com
I also consult on western state big game drawings. Feel free to email me at any time and I will be glad to help you with what I can. Email: hightopoutfitters@q.com

My hunting partners and I in the business have plotts, a redbone/ bloodhound cross, walkers and black and tans. We hunt Lions, bears, elk, deer and antelope. I also train hunters on long range shooting and rifle marksmanship. It is great to be on this forum and get the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Hunting with hounds is a day to day commitment and lifestyle.

I am proud to be a part of such a great sport!

Lets all unite together as sportsman to fight off the groups trying to take away our hunting rights and right to bear arms!

Well welcome to the board hightop and to the world of hounds. I to fought the good fight for years against the people who would attempt to stop what we hunters love to do, but in the end it's often people in our own ranks that help put the nails in our coffin while attempting to better their position in life. If you really want to help lift up our sport, and protect it, then efforts towards unifying houndsmen is time better spent than worrying about people outside of hunting.....

And I'm not talking about other houndsmen but other people who hunt. It took the deer and elk hunters (not antis) to eliminate our five week bear pursuit, something that the antis would have been proud to claim responsibility for. Until sportsmen really understand multiple use of public land and wildlife, and develop at least some consideration for others, the state will continue to limit and or eliminate some of the things we love to do......

keep'em treed,
ike
