Mt. Hood Blues

I'm in Oregon and I hunt blueticks on bobcat and some coon. The extended family has a lot of acres on the East side of the state where it's mostly dry wheat farming, hay, and cattle. Lots of scrub juniper, sage brush, lava flows and deep canyons. Prime bobcat country. On the West side it's mainly river bottoms and blackberries. Lotsa coon.
We have Cameron and Uchtman lines. Got a litter of Cameron x Uchtman pups on the ground right now. Some are spoken for, some not.
We're close to Mt. Hood. Only territory I've found that I like better is Montana. Not being able to run hounds on bear and lion in Oregon makes other places more attractive, but Oregon is home and it's where the family is.
