Hi everyone, my handle is Dry-Run. I'm still what I consider a very
greenhorn houndman. I live in Cle Elum,Wa its between Seattle and
Ellensburg and about thirty miles east of the Cascade summit.
For dogs I got a yearling Walker cross from jcathunter, hes a good
dog he flat likes to search tree tops. I got a Bluetick pup from
Matt in Utah, man- thanks alot for that dog. She has a bark that will fill the room and have you looking for more windows to open to let out some of the noise. The only dog I've ever owned that will sit and gripe and expect to get the last word in no kidding, shes a back talker but is
showing she can trail a scent rag pretty well. Last dog is a Karelian
bear dog thats 18 months old.
I don't chain or kennel my dogs, they live in the house with me, and
patrol our 11 acres making sure no rodents or skunks take up
residence. Being that Wa. don't allow us to hunt much with dogs I
pretty much try to go to other states to hunt.
Well happy hounding--Dry-Run
