question on a pursute permit

hey i was thinking about making a trip to utah to run some bear. and i saw in the regs that they have a pursuite permit, and a resticted pursuite permit. my questions is can i just buy a pursuite permit over the counter or is it a drawing like the restricted pursuite permit. thanks for the help

Yes you can buy a pursuit permit ovar the counter you also have to have a hunting licensce wich is over the counter as well

alright thanks. also im planing the trip right now and was wondering if anyone could help me on a good location to go to. since iver never been to utah thanks everyone for the help i apprecite it
