Has anybody else heard

I had a good friend tell me that theres some ranchers shooting dogs in unit 22. has anybody else heard this? I guess i cant beleive that the weiser cattleman association would put an ad in the Fish and Game proclamation asking for help from sportsmen and then turning around and shooting those same sportsmans dogs.
