I just recieved a call tonight informing me that one of our fellow houndsmen & his family our in need. He is one to do things himself and not ask for charity. He and his family went to town to return home to their house engulfed in flames. He and his son tryed to run in and save stuff but it was to late and by the time the fire dept arrived there was nothing left to save. He has spent the last year moving his family from UT to Co and they have lost everything. I talked to him tonite after I recieved the first phone call, he wasnt wearing a coat when they left for town and where the live in CO it gets below freezing at nite right now. The red cross has set the family up in a motel and given them the basics to get by. Please donate to our Fellow Houndsman & his family in need and keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Wow, sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to the family! Thank God no one was hurt! Material items can be replaced, lives cannot! I wish I could help them, but unfortunately I am busted myself money wise and my boys and I are all smaller than the sizes needed for the family. I can offer them my prayers. I can also make a suggestion. The Salvation Army would have clothes and household items, especially for the toddler. Also local churches usually have a thrift store that may be willing to donate items to the family. Again sorry to hear of their great loss. I hope they can stay strong and pull through this. God Bless

I talked to Devin the other night, He did loose a couple of dogs to the fire that im sure will be missed but the family is safe.

I'm sure he is thankful for everyone's donations and their prayers. Don't think he will be on a computer anytime soon. If you need to get ahold of him give him a call.

Our thoughts and prayers are out to you and your family Devin. Hand in there buddy.

Take care, Jason

Devin called me about two hours ago. He was headed to Denver. The house was rented but they lost everything in it. I'll be sending him what I can in the morning. Do what you can everyone. I don't believe Devin would ask for anything but I'm sure whatever you can help out with will be greatly appreciated.

I think we all will help as much as we can. I know that I will. Losing your possessions is a hard thing, but it makes you realize so much more, how important your family is. It puts things into perspective. You began to see what the truely important things in your life are. I am going to send what I can to help out. Hang in there Devin.

I have a bunch of 34x36 Wranglers, probably 10-15 pair (faded but in good shape)and a bunch of 4t clothes for Haylee (might be a little big now, but I'm sure she'll grow into them). I'll see what else I can rustle up and send them as soon as possible.

I don't know Devin, and I'm sure he doesn't know me. But I'll do what I can.

God bless, and I'm glad everyone is OK. Let us know if there is something else we can help with.
