I've probably had more skunks on full moon nights then normal.

I don't know if it's just coniencidence, But Most of my Porky pines were caught on or around a full moon.. And I've seen more on the side of the road during a Full moon also..

The last Full moon I went out back in sept..was the last time I've hunted at night....LOL I had Box full of dog with porky quils stuck all over and in mouths, and driving to the Vet to get some tranquilizer I passed a Nice Cat track in the morning hours ( Almost felt as if it was glowing with warmth ;) .. Well That was enough of a "sign from above" for me and the wife to give up night hunitng completely..

Haven't even considered going out in the dark since.. Moon or no moon.. Seams that was the one thing I couldn't break the dog off was porky's... I guess after enough times it just broke me!
