Finally got one on a power pole

Roading the dogs and they trailed to a briar patch we frequently catch in and this trickster finally climbed the power pole..something I.always wanted to do.

I often catch coons in the same spot... that's what happens on the Canadian Prairies... chasing coons out of corn (on irrigation) or canola up hydro poles (no trees for 20-30 miles). Where are you catching these guys? Certainly on 3 phase power lines you have to be careful to not miss!

We caught that one along an irrigation ditch dead center in a thick briar patch
