Running coons

Postby Gary Roberson » Fri Jun 27, 2008 12:39 pm

The boar coons are really running in my part of the world. Struck three Monday morning and not one was interested in climbing. Caught all three on the ground. Seems they always run a little better when you have a bright moon and we sure have had that. Wish we could get some rain clouds to cover it!

Can't blame the dog, a bird in the hand is worth several in the bush. If you can ever get them away from the barn and lock them out, might be suprised that they could put up a pretty good race. Only problem is all of those pens and fences around the barn really favor the cat.
