the oddball strikes again

Post by Pops »

had a crazy cold snap in the 20s. then it warmed up into the 50s one night. i took the oddball out. we had some missed runs, then just before we were going to call it a night. i stopped in the parking lot at my work on the way home and the boy suddenly jumped the truck. i looked where he was headed & saw a gray blur. they disappeared behind a ruble pile and i heard a heck of a fight break out. it took a lot of hard fighting but he finally finished him (i don't usually carry a gun but after this oldboar i might) the end result a 20# boar w/ 2 broken teeth & 1 longdog w/ two torn up ears. after skinning the coon, the meat looked like it had been beat w/ a claw hammer.
