If the dog will run and tree it is worth a try to fix the problem.. if not send her where she came from
first work with her on a 50 ft check cord.. and when she gets close to the end call her and haul her in.... have the e-collar on her but not turned on. then using the check cord and the e-collar on a low setting work on her some more. over several days

when you find the level that will get her attention then you should be seeing results on the check cord.. then increase the level ONE notch and then test her on that level...
remember be ready to make sure that she will come on the cord before she is turned loose with the e-collar.(otherwise you might need to find a new dog and e-collar LOL)

another thing... make dang sure the collar is working with the test light before you do each session. and get it tight enough to make sure she gets the message.. forget the "2 fingers under the collar' make sure the collar is tight enough to make contact with the skin.
there is no quick fix

and then if you see no results you have done all you can.

It depends on why she won't come in. If its cuz she hunting or showing intrest, or if's its cuz she buggerd up and skidish.A good friend of mine who tought me alot would say "red flag" being that she's still yung, then hunter a few more months, if it don't improve then you add up all your red flags you have aginst the dog. To many red flags then its shit can...
