is there anybody in southern wyoming near whyotec that coon hunts looking for my older brother that is going to college down there and he wants to go coon hunting

Well I used to live in Laramie. And there are not that many houndsmen that coon hunt. That and there are not that many coon around there too. Most of the guys I know just hunt the ranch they either own or the neighbors ranch. I can't think of any houndsmen in town.
