what a night

Postby riverrun1986 » Mon Dec 26, 2011 8:11 am

Hunted 4 hours without a peep out of my dogs decided to run one more mile down a mile long stretch made it about 100 yards had a absolute blow up strike unhooked them from the the rig and they ran up and down the road like idiots bawling their heads off finaly they hit the brush and started trailing must of been a family had three dogs going all different directions my redtick male treed right off side of the road my year old bluetick ran her track down to the lake and quit came back and treed with my male my little female walker was headed up the lake toward the water and i wasn't concerned about her so i started to check the tree my other two were on and spotted a big set of coon eyes lookin at me bout that time i heard a yelp so i bailed over the hill got down by the lake edge and seen there was a 70 foot cliff and heard wimpers below my stomach sunk got to a spot to look over and saw her chewing on a coon either it fell over the cliff or she caught it what a relief to find her okay so i got her out of there let the other coon go to run another day i really need to remember my phone to get good pictures of my dogs the coon my female walker had my female walker my male redtick male and this pick is my little blue dog on left and my redtick female on right
