At what age do you start your pups? and how do you start them? im looking at getting a pup and was just wondering about what age other people start pups at. thanks

coonhunter, It all depends on the dog. I have had pups out at 6 months. Its good to have them out and about early and often as you can even if its not hunting just out for a walk/ getting the handle down on your pup. Just take your time with your pup! jmo

Thanks. That's about the age people have been telling me. They all say between 6-8 months. But thanks for the reply that's what I think I'm going to do. Just walks in the woods and manners and such. Thanks.
