coon baiting??

Im just curious on what you guys in other states do to bait coons ? is it like a food plot? I live in california so i dont have the luxuary to bait just curious though like what do you use and and how you do it thanks alot!

You name it, if it sounds somewhat enjoyable we can't do it. This state spits in our face daily.
