Any knife marks on here

Postby hillbilly boy » Sat Aug 13, 2016 1:30 am

Looking for any knife makers or anyone who knows one I have a cold steel Bowie machete that has a great blade and could make a great fighting blade but it needs a better handle and a handguard so If anyone know how to do it or knows someone who could it would be a great help thanks for the help

Do you have pictures of what you want exactly? What type of material are you thinking for hand guard , scales etc. You mentioned the handle being slick etc.

I can't do pictures from my phone the handle it has right now is hard plastic that gets really bad slick I was thinking something that would have a good grip the ones I found for scales were stage Horne but maybe wood if I could find it for the guard the best way I can explain it was if you have ever seen the cold steel 1917 Bowie that the kind of guard I was thinking about

Yes I've seen them. I have elk or stag antler and it is good a brass guard or other metal. I'm going to be out of the country for a week
