Not recieving signal from tt10

It was but now there are times I turn it on theres no signal and after f$cking with it it seems to come on, but either way though the train part still works Also it seems the reciever isn't connecting to computer it's not quite (computer) recognizing it.

Did you ever get the collar to communicate with the handheld? I'm having the same problem
