Classified Section rule Change

Folks,

I've been thinking some and decided to open up the classified section back to be able to reply again.

If you are the person that puts up the ad, Please do not Bump or keep any advertisement on top, If any person that started the classified ad uses any method to bump their topics the entire ad will be deleted.

The reply option is really for other folks to ask questions or get information about the item or dog. It's not meant so that the owner can keep promoting their item by bumping the ad.
