I saw on facebook that Brett Vaughn is in the hospital. I have never been lucky enough to meet him, But I am sure most will agree that he has demonstrated great knowledge of dry ground hunting.
I am sure he and his family would appreciate the hound dog communities thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!

Hope he gets beter soon young hunters can learn a lot from this mans dry ground hunting I have recently started watching his YouTube vids very good informitive stuff ...

Thanks everyone this really is a good community .. I think I'm going to make it now I'm out anyway... I had another bout with meningitis with a sinus infection on top of that.. tried to avoid the hospital but after 3 trips to the emergency room it was more then my wife could take lol again thanks for the prayers and well wishes they do mean a lot.... Missy I guess we have been playing phone tag a lot but I hear through the grape vine that your selling high dollar mules and hunting over in AZ.. good luck hope you chase a lot of em and catch some too... any of y'all passing through southern NM you have place at my camp

Ya Brett i have hunted elk in unit 7 three different times, the Magdalena mts and the San Mateos. Hunted mostly a bit west and a little south of Dusty.
