I got to thinking and i was wondering what everyones opinion on this would be. Does it seem to be that walkers tend to be deeper hunters when used on coon then the other coonhound breeds? I know that theres deep hunters in all breeds but i was wondering in general if walkers tend to be like that.

my answer to that would be "no" especially on the east coast. There are strains of walkers that still carry a good cold nose but I believe from what I have seen that most are bred for the scorecard now and are pocket hunters. This is just my observation.
