A Man named Hobbs

I am wondering if anyone knows a feller named Hobbs, his first name could be Scott, cant recall for sure. I think he was from Wyoming. Around 12 years ago, He found two of my dogs along the freeway in a white out, they were 20 miles from where they were dumped out of the box. He picked them up and hauled them to the next town, called me and and i went and got em, I Offerd him some money for his honesty and good will, but he refused it. I dont think i will get that luckey again. What a man
