Important Meeting in Oregon

All you Oregon Hound hunters mark your calenders for Tuesday January 6 Th.

Fern Ridge Hound Club will host an honarary guest at our next club meeting. Stan Steele, Chairman of the board for Oregon Outdoor Council will be present to reveal our hunting legislation proposals. We lost two seats in the State Senate, so how could we win a battle moving forward? Attend the meeting, get involved and find out! My goal has always been to gain our hound hunting rights back here in Oregon. I know this is our peak bobcat season but without our rights? We won't be needing to worry about that much longer! HSUS feels empowered in Oregon and can do as they wish, only one Orginization stands in the way and that is OOC! Our club does all it can with what we have to work with and takes pride in knowing we can and do make a difference in the fight! I enjoy attending club meetings and seeing the upcoming youth with the Dads, Moms and kids! This is why we stick together and fight! I will confirm the evening time and meeting location when Stan returns from Vacation in Minnesota where he is meeting the newest addition to the Steele family, a granson!
