2/17/2015 8:00 AM, HR D Work Session Possible Introduction of Committee Measures Public Hearing HB 2050 Provides that county is exempt from applicability of statute banning use of dogs to hunt or pursue cougars if voters approve county measure proposed by initiative petition or referred to people by governing body of county.

I’m not sure what Rep. Sprenger’s plans are yet, she dropped her cougar bill earlier this week, HB 3000, and it had it’s first reading, but I haven’t seen it get referred yet.
