Houndsmen and friend Johnie Young, Brownsville Oregon passed away last Thursday at the age of 81.
Johnie was heading to his favorite bobcat hunting spot when he suffered a massive heart attack. Johnie was the founder of Fern Ridge Tree Hound Club, active supporter of OUSDA and Mary's Peak Hound Clubs here in Oregon right up to the end.
Johnie will be sorely missed by the hound hunting community!

Johnie lived his dream life and left this world driving down the road to go hunting without suffering!
Johnie leaves behind his devoted wife Diana. Daughters Debbie and Darla and grandkids.

Funeral Services for Johnie Young will be this Saturday Morning 2/4/17 at 11 Am.

RIP Johnie. I'm a better person for having known you. Thank you for all you have done for the hound hunting community! A true legend is gone.
