Birney that the best one I've seend yet. Could you post how you did the top part of it the in closes it, and how you hold it ttogether when its on. I have some extra metal and would like to build on thanks

It is a little heavy, currently working a lighter model. I built this one real quick out of rem's. It turned out around 130lbs. We threw a new shock on the back with a higher load rating.

The top attaches with 4 bolts. The biggest problem with the Honda's is the small rack on the back so a custom box was needed. I just wish I had the ability to make it out of aluminum.

yeah that is what i was thinkin if it was aluminum probably only weigh 50# but light is expensive so what do ya do
