For the record Cooper my dogs have not kept any one up at night! And like stated before he caused a lot of problems for the prevous owners and there horses. And like stated before the dogs are not this guys problems! I am very courteous to my neighbors, and cear if my dogs bother them. Thats why I talked to all my neighbors and there was no complaints. And my dog that did bark at him, dosnt any more because he has been giving them poisoned treats!
But all this back and forth dosnt do anything except help me blow some stream off over the situation. Cooper you can say and think what you want parnter, but what and who you are defending is pointless.
It dosnt matter if my dogs barked 1/2 the day and all night, witch they dont. They bark 100X less than the dog on the corner. They dont need to get poisoned! Nothing justifies that, Nothing! He should have came to me and told me that they bothered him, not telling me they didnt when I asked him. He could have called the sheriffs and made a formal complant or even called the animal control officer agian, which like stated before said my dogs were not a problem. So Cooper you can comment, say or think what you think you must, but its far from the facts or even logical.
Its a cruddy situation. I feel sorry for my neighbor, he has a lot going on in his mind to be this bitter twards anyone who lives next to him who has aniamals.
Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
Re: Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
the guy is a douche for poisoning ur dogs, and it sounds like copper is too. i have a hound and she barks, thats what hounds do, but she listens when i tell her to hush. if u ask me, hounds r sum of the better minding dogs out there if u work with them. very loyal and happy dogs. i have a neighbor with a chow and all that piece of shit does is bark. poisoning a dog is a chicken shit way of dealing with his deep, unhealthy problems. sounds like hes taking his personal issues out on ur dogs. and yes, hes messing with ur property, thats grounds for losing a limb in my book.

Re: Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
I am opposed to poisoning animals for any reason but your neighbors right to live in quiet isn't less important than your right to own dogs. I have had problems with my neighbors, also. Usually about once a year they call animal control and say the dogs are barking too much. I have used no bark collars in the past but I had 2 dogs that didn't care and would keep barking. I got rid of those 2 dogs because it wasn't fair to the neighbors and it stressed me out more than it was worth. My dogs didn't bark MORE than any of the other dogs in the area but anyone who can't recognize that hounds are louder is a fool. When I am home, no issues at all. It's always when I'm at work. I do have more or less a trump card with them, though. They have dozens of cats who come through my yard and the last time the animal control lady came out she told the neighbors she was going to start trapping and killing the "feral" cats in the area. Just to see if that helps. They haven't complained since. I do everything I can to keep them quiet and they really aren't too bad at all but I hate hearing them bark for no reason, so surely the neighbors do too. BTW, I don't live in town but I have neighbors.
Don't buy the hype.

Copper ur a dumbass all that guy had to do was call the cops. I dout u even own hounds ur prob just some anti trolling for responses. I value my hounds over a lot of people. They don't lie steal or poisen. Peoples crying babies bother me but o don't stick socks in there mouth.
Re: Neighbor Poisoning our dogs
aggreed CatCrazed.....crying babies r very irritating, and ppls excuses r "its what babies do". well in that responce....dogs barking, "its what they do". but yes the neighbors have the rite to have quiet, but u cant control an animal all the time, and poisioning is very unecessary.
