Friday

Kathy Corbett had 10 dogs in the bench show. Looks like I took horrible notes from flipping through the paperwork last night, and don't have all the winner's names. Please fill me in. What I have:

Thanks to all of Mary's Peak for putting on this event. The weather was dandy and coons were seen and the closest thing to a mishap was a hit deer which didn't cause damage and sprung up and ran off when Missy put her rig in reverse and backed off it!

Many thanks to the Mary's Peak hound club. It was good to see the familiar faces and meet a few new people too. I had fun hunts both nights even though we did have to fight the dreaded blackberries. All in all a fun weekend.

Haha! Thanks Bearman. It's a hat from my local ski resort Brianhead, also know as "the Head." Had a great time in Oregon. Great drops, great people and some awesome country. I hope to make it back there sometime soon. - Lance
