Sorry Dude, but a Chevy Colorado is NOT a bear hunters rig. They started making them in 2005 and NO real bear hunter is going to have a truck that is less than 15 years old. So any discussion on any vehicle built after 1993 is null and void.
I've got a chevy S-10 and they are NOT built for bear hunting. There is a reason that mine is dubbed the "Money Pit", cause I've replaced about every possible part on it. I do tend to put a few hard miles on it though. One with the ZR-2 suspension might be a little bit better, but I really doubt it.
From what I've seen the bare bones yotas are a better small truck. They take the abuse better.
