buying new guns, whats your favorite
Alright so I just got a new job that is a HUGE sallary increase, so I thought id buy some new guns seeings how washington is probably about to take a ton away. So I have a list compiled of the ones I want right now. Just wondering if you all think I should add some to the list. I want long range guns, brush guns, home defense, and of course zombie apocolypse guns haha. Anything you think I should have in my armory?
So far I've got,
Colt m4 5.56
Colt 1911 45
Henry golden boy 30 30
winchester 300
Colt m4 22lr
Barreta 9mm service pistol
Remington 700 7mm
Remington 700 30 06
And of course the dirty harry
I hunt just about everything and I especially love long range stopping power. If you have an all time favorite gun what is it, I may just have to add it to my cart.

My favorite gun is a remington .270 i recieved from my grandfather when i was 14. Ive shot some nice bucks with it and quite a few coyotes while out deer hunting all one shot one kill. Ive actually never missed an animal with this gun. Probably the reason why it is my favorite.

If you like long range shooting, you better throw in a 7mm Remigton Ultra Mag, arguably the most perfect calibr speaking in terms of ballistic coefficiency. And I'd get a Ruger sigle ten instead of a single six, 4 more rounds in the cylinder is never a bad thing! Congratulations on your new job!

If you like long range hard hitting rifles you should get a 300 weatherby mag and a weatherby 30-378. They're a little expensive, but they're definately worth it

I have a Rem. 700 sendero in 7mm rem mag, in my opinion its the best factory gun and caliber you can get for long range hunting and shooting, if you want better you need to go custom built, and still 7mm rem mag is still top of list, just my opinion.

Found a cool rifle I want to get. Marlin .22 LR Papoose (take down rifle with a case) you can get them in stainless steel and synthetic or nylon (not sure which).

You've got a 300 win., 30-06 and 7mm listed. I think I'd spread that out a little. Like a 22-250 or .243 then a 30-06/.270/7mm then 300 win. mag or .338. I'd also look at a heavy lever action like a 45/70, .444 or .450. I'd also add a couple shotguns.

for long range shooting i would look at the .338 edge, .338 lapua, .338 lapua ackley improved.
Re: buying new guns, whats your favorite
get something in the 6.5mm! 6.5-284, 6.5-55 sweede, .260 rem etc. bc's and sd are superior to the 7mm and you can shoot all day long and not get beat around by the recoil
you can never have too many guns
also i second the single six in 22lr and 22 mag cylinders the good ol 3 screw one of my favorites to shoot

I agree I have a .264 win mag that shoots a 6.5 and it is a good long ranger. My brother and I were shooting golf balls at 400 yards with little effort. And as far as .45 I perfer Kimber

I second the 30-378. It's a little spendy but it's one hell of a long range rifle. I would also add a Smith M&P 45. very nice handgun, supper accurate and you can change the grips up with larger/smaller backstraps to fit your hand. Definitely worth checking out.
