Birdseye Issue

Post by Nolte »

I'm having an issue with Birdseye seeing if anyone has any suggestions. I got an alpha from Buddy a few months back and loaded a few areas on the internal memory. It all worked great. Well I picked up a 32gb chip and decided to load all my birsdeye on that. I deleted the files from my internal memory and then reloaded them and a bunch more to the micro sd card. All of the "new" areas show up but my previous ones don't. They do show up on basecanp and also when I check the card on the computer. But when I disconnect I only see the "new" ones on the alpha. I've updated the software and deleted those original ones and then then put them back on the alpha. Still nothing. The birsdeye is enables and I also tried pulling the chip and re inserting it. Any ideas.

Well scratch my question I got it figured out. My basecamp wasn't updated. Updated that and redid it and it works fine.

Nolte, how big of an area are you downloading? I downloaded a 20 to 30 mile square under standard definition and its pretty blurry when up close. Are you downloading a bunch of 10 mile squares to get better definition?
