Snow we got yesterday melted off and put enough moisture back into the ground that the hare just couldn't shake us today. I couldn't believe how far up the road this hare was running and we were getting it. Stopping a car on the highway had me reflecting on the bear hunting days...LOL.
Caught all dogs off the line in the end cause the hare was heading back for the highway. I think this is the fastest we have ever ran over this amount of distance (this year anyhow).
