I agree Hummer. It will be an ear problem 99% of the time. It kinda has me confused that it isn't mites though because that's what it would usually be. Clean ears, and keep her area cleaned if it's either a kennel or a chained area. If there is a lot of waste or anything in general that would attract flys or nats they might be getting inside her ears and causing her to do that.
