Lake Tahoe Houndsmen

Postby Pagosa » Thu Mar 24, 2016 3:01 pm

I'm will be traveling from Montana to Reno/Lake Tahoe area to work on a construction project from late May until October. Does anyone have any recommendations for hound friendly areas for coon hunting, clubs, training areas, or license requirements for either NV/CA. I have two hounds that will be with me I like to hunt/train them on weekends. I undeestand the Lake Tahoe area has off-leash pet restrictions. I appreciate the help.

Thanks Jim. I appreciate the help. I'd be a little concerned about rattlesnakes on the NV side. I worked around ELy, NV and they were thick.
